That’s pretty cool. I have me a trailer frame. Getting ready to build a smoke house style offset for doin pepperoni sticks and sausages. I like how many different cooks you can do with yours
Very cool man. I just put in my place holder for my pit Mike will start later. Like you I didn't get all the sinks. I did get one sink and the hot water heater. How does this 500 smoker hold temps?
Holds temp great once you get it figured out. I keep the exhaust vent wide open and control my heat with the vent on the fire box door. Sometimes I have to open the fire box door to get more air in. It is a great pit IMO.
Tell me the truth! How is open trailer cooking in the hot summer time when flys & bugs flying around. And who built it and how much if you can answer that. I'm in the market to build one but not for sure if I'm going concession trailer are a open trailer Thanks
Open trailer isn’t bad. The reason I went with this style is that I didn’t want it to look like a food truck/ concession style trailer. The permits alone are astronomical in my area. As far as the flys and bugs, I try not to leave any food out for a long period of time. And I’m good about cleaning up grease and whatever else falls from cooking. The trailer was built in Beebe Arkansas by Mike at Custom Metal Projects. You can find him on Facebook and Instagram. Just search for Custom Metal Projects. I’m not gonna discuss price, that will be between you and him. Hopefully I answered your questions. Thanks for watching!

I really like it too buddy nice
Nice all it needs is some marine speakers to play some good country music when cooking!
Great review. is there anything you would want to change?
Not at the moment. I had other options planned out and changed at the last minute. Happy I did make those changes!
How do you get permitted to cook without having it enclosed to meet city codes?

Awesome
Very Nice!
Who built it and how much?
I'm curious how the grill pulls down the road with the roof on the top?
Surprisingly, it pulls good. You’ll have drag but it’s not bad.

Would like to see how the sides on the roof work
We can't use a open trailer in Texas if your selling to the public
A hell of a smoker...
Send it back have them fix the top shelf in the left cabinet...its wicked crooked.
Good eye, not the case anymore. Thanks for watching!
She's beautiful either way, sometimes my OCD gets the best of me, sorry. 😎 Enjoy a lifetime of awesome cooks and keep the videos coming.
