I worked on the non ferrous metals scale at a scrap yard for 10 years before I got put on operating the frag because of ill health reasons but yeah when I was working the scale the amount of things that people try day in day out is unbelievable I was told by someone that they would hit me over the head with a hammer or something like that all most every day I would always ways say go on then there are cameras watching u and then they would back down but in 2020 I had to give up working completely because of failed back operations and now I can not work at all I can hardly make myself a cup of tea but I do miss working at the scrap yard I worked at it was a great laugh and it looks like u boys have a good time there I enjoy watching these sort of channels because it reminds me so much of the place I worked at
I worked at a window place and every other day the Irish scrappers came in the yard and emptied the scrap glass skip into the back of the transit with all the scrap 😂 they had a hiab with a claw to start taking it then they chucked a kid in the skip with a brush. They left nothing.
We had no choice but to let them because they was walking round with axes so we thought fuck it let them take it 😂

'All sorts of people from all walks of life" haha very diplomatic, the accent however not so diplomatic 😂🙈 I made them panic at the yard the other day, the owner came over laughing because they were all going in the office panicking that I was 'the police' 'why's she wearing a GoPro, sue must be with the police' so funny, but I just think, if they are not up to anything they wouldn't be so worried lol!

I remember the water trick. People having big tanks of water and emptying them under the van to lose the weight
one lad use to use the pub we had and he would only weigh in on days it was raining has they had 2 50 gallon tanks under the bed with a lever in the cab and they drained on to the back wheels so want over the weigh bridge then pull the lever has driving to unload

i just got back from the butlins 90s ibiza weekend was good.. basicly a 3 day session if u like ur sleep id avoid cuz it ends at 4am and every1 does afters in the apartments
