More pathetic overstepping by "law enforcement".
That is some BS!! Let people enjoy their time and music, as long as they aren’t hurting anyone; WHO CARES?!?
Does Barry Manilow know you raid his wardrobe …???
Damn… walnut creek owners must’ve quit paying the bribes
My weed identifies as Oregano. Back off, coppers!
I went and seen a fish show once and was resting at a rest stop to prepare for the next day drive when I was harassed by cops and said to leave the rest area or get arrested, I thought the rest area was to rest
so phish fans snitched on phish fans? is that what they are saying?
North Carolina is officially off the list
“They don’t target any particular band”….righhhhht
I'm a local. It's not the "ungrateful locals" complaining. It's aggressive Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE) of NC. They cruise the parking lots before the shows looking to bust anyone for anything, and have been doing it for years at every show. Raleigh police could care less about recreational drug use. Their main concern was maintaining control of 20,000 fans safely.
This is true. Years ago, sometime during the 1.0 era, I brought a bunch of water and Gatorade to sell. Anyways, as soon as I parked the car and opened the back, coos were riding by on a golf cart and saw the water. They stopped amd.told me if.i sold any of it I'd be arrested

How many injuries or violent crimes have there been in the past?
@@Ridinfixinman "How many injuries or violent crimes have there been in the past?"
I don't have stats for injuries or violent crimes. Anywhere there's a large crowd and alcohol is served there will be fights. The majority are minor some are not. There are medical emergencies, drunk drivers and theft etc. It happens and Raleigh PD do a good job keeping it safe for everyone.
@@randallwelch2900 when you patrol like a “smile patrol” and aim for the actual violent or emergencies, the businesses all make more money(legitimate and sometimes not so much). When they go at a show full of people with a hammer vs the focused nails they do EVERYONE a disservice! Protect and serve INDEED!!!! 🧐🙄
Yea you can tell by all the arrests that they don’t care about drug use smfh
That place will be going out of business if they keep this up.
Back in the day they would just put a checkpoint outside of WC......
I see things haven’t changed at concerts in NC since the 70’s! Bullies!
lol these are some scared people my god embarrassing for this news dept
Is phish concerts the only ones with drug users? How about those heavy metal concerts?
Such a horrible report. I was there. These undercover cops were basically bothering peaceful people, not the other way around. The line that Phish fans were “out of control” is beyond lazy reporting.
Wait. Blonde said fans were “out of control.” But the only charges I heard were for drugs and alcohol. Wouldn’t there be assault, vandalism, disorderly conduct type charges if we were really “out of control?” Talk about FAKE NEWS😂😂😂
What a waste of tax payers money
Hahaha sucks being you I guess. Illinois legal as fuck zero problems.
Wait you mean their are people that go to a Fish concert that isn’t consuming some kind of drug? 🤦♀️
