Is 100% drop - EZ 2 min. Turbulent Runekey: built from 3 Turbulent Fragments found at 3 locations on the isle in storm phase. Again EZ 10 min job. Thunderous Runekey: is assembled from 5 Thunderous Fragments which I got from treasure chests in the storm. Took me like 15 chests. Cyclonic Runekey: can drop from Zek'ul the Shipbreaker (low chance). But I got this from fishing in the waters around him. Took me from 0 to 80 Algari Fishing with Aquarite Fisherfriend and Artisan Fishing Cap. Torrential Runekey: is assembled from 7 Torrential Fragments. I farmed for these like 3 hours, killing the Brinebound Wraith mobs outside the Forgotten Vault in the storm phase (I was not in a group).
