Tennessee didn’t back off of Michael Hawkins. They had their starters in and blitzed him at a higher percentage of plays than they did on Jackson Arnold. Also, you mean to tell us that the Tennessee D wasn’t trying to keep their no TD streak alive?
Guys, I wanna clarify something regarding OU and their struggles. Many OU fans who intently follow OUr Sooners know that the issues are due mostly to devastating injuries. They are not “dinged up”. Dinged up in Tennessee with the 2 tackles out. Off the top of my head the Sooners are missing: Kendal Dolby DB (out for year), Jaden Gibson, in starting rotation at WR (out for year), Jalil Farooq starting WR (out for at least 7 more weeks), up till the Tennessee game was Branson Hickman OL, Jake Taylor starting OL (still not back), Andrew Anthony starting WR went out in Texas game with ACL, (still not back), Nic Anderson starting WR and unquestioned top producer (out for the season, Garren Hatchett transfer OL that played in national championship last year (out for the season). In the Tennessee game alone the Sooners lost Burkes (probably the most productive for this year). That isn’t all of the injuries affecting multiple games. Tatum, the #1 rated RB in last year’s HS class went out against Tennessee. Several others in back up rolls have been injured as well. In total 3/5 starting OL, and all of the top 4 WR out. NO QB including Nico or Peyton Manning would be look competent in these circumstances. Did Jackson make some pretty bad mistakes? Yes. Can he still turn into his rating as ESPN #1 ranked DT QB? Yes. Will the Sooners beat Auburn Saturday? Most likely.
OU struggles coz their O-Line cant protect anyone or open run space, the play calling on offense is absolute terrible what includes the new OC. I have nothing against the man but he doenst know what he is doing.
If Hawkins needs to come out of the game for any reason Casey Thompson will be sent in according to insiders. I don't think Arnold will be ready to go back into a game for a while. And the only safe bet in this game is the under lol.
A&M has been very boring on offense with Klein at the helm. Maybe it’s time for them to start opening things up? Bowling Green did take Penn State down to the wire so I wouldn’t overlook that game. UAB is worse than Bowling Green and Arkansas was down massively. Auburn also turned over the ball 5 times to Arkansas so I can’t say the Pigs were impressive that game. Likely be a good game though.
Yeah but who caused those turnovers? Arkansas defense. Y’all just over look the turn overs. Our defense played lights out and you can’t say other wise. Our offense if figured out will be very affective. GO HOGS
Oklahoma still ranked?? Come on man, low blow.... I hate Texas !
Dude. Yall remind ne of the Charlie strong/Tom hermon days. Lol. Get new technically!!! HOOK EM
I thought Steve was for Tuesdays? This guy is on everyday except Tuesday 😂😂
Steven comes on the show Monday night and Wednesday this football season.
Will Texas score more than 60pts w/ 2nd string quarterback against MSU?
🔥 HOTTY TODDY 🔥
Bama for the win by 10 RollTide!

That's incorrect, you may need to go back and watch the game and see who Tennessee had in late on defense.
@@ThatSECPodcast A lot of starters. Check out Gabe and Lehman if you need a better breakdown.

Excuses. OU has the same amount (12) of ppl listed in the availability report as Miss St. And Ole Miss has 26 guys that are injured!

We coming !!! rank us as you want AP
Darn straight Mike, OU will stay ranked after the whoopin we’re about to do to AUBURN. OU will make the playoffs!

If we played Auburn 9 more times, T.J. Metcalf would be the number 1 pick in the draft
Steve 🔥
Love the show by the way!
Thank you!
GO VOLS!!!!
Ole Miss only scored 22 on UK last time. Fans don't know ish. It's only a blowout if UK has a lot of turnovers
That Kentucky team was ranked 7th and Ole Miss is much much better now than then. 2022 has no bearing on this Saturday.
@@kenfrench279 UK is better defensively and better at QB than that team. Just saying

Sorry to say this but teams don’t just add downfield attacks mid season. What they are now is what they’re going to be.
