Ruby Murray was the "darling of the UK charts" during the late 1950s, at one time having FIVE singles in the charts in the same week! Now, sadly, she is mostly remembered as a slang word for a curry - "I'm going out for a Ruby Murray"! Today's upload peaked at #18 back in 1958.

I was 13 years old when this was in the charts. She had a regular TV show. I never missed a single show!
