This is not the full interview. In the complete interview video, he mentioned that if the CCP occupied Taiwan, he would cleanse the people of Japanese descent or their descendants in Taiwan.
Fortunately, I am a Taiwanese and of Japanese descent (there are about 3 million people in Taiwan who meet the cleaning requirements).

Forgot to ask you, after years where foreign investors lined up to get access to a chunk of the huge Chinese market, last year for the first time in 25 years foreign direct investment into the Chinese market went into the negative, i.e. foreign investors who have driven Chinas growth over the last 2.5 decades were pulling out more money than what they were putting in and in many cases getting out altogether. What I find weird is the Hasan asked these exact same question five years ago when he interview Charles Liu, who fared much better, though he mostly conceded or pled ignorance on the tough questions (he did score a victory against Hasan on the military spending question--but Hasan returned the favor at the end in regards to China's relatively paltry education spending). Victor Gao was in the audience, so he had a whole five years to at least rehearse some better answers...geez
