Sinister but with a positive message. Compare with Embarrassment which is an upbeat,dancable tune about a deeply troubling subject. Such clever musicians.
That tune...if there's a word for 100 times underrated or unnoticed etc. Just a few notes but man those speak. Ode to Joy, Stairway to Heaven etc. Every once in a decade or two can a composer come up with something like that.
