Congratulations on your new Office Space. Firstly, if you put a fridge in the space you indicated you may have difficulty opening the cupboard under the sink. My suggestion would be to extend the worktop from the sink across the spare space and place a table top refrigerator on top. (after all you won't be cooking elaborate meals in that kitchen and would only need fridge space for a few essentials.). That way you will still be able to open the cupboard door and also you can utilise the space under the new shelf. Hope this is helpful. The landlord is lovely! As long as the renovations improve the building and all the walls are painted back to white when I leave, he doesn’t care what I do!🙌🏼

I didn’t really ‘make it my own’, just painted the walls a neutral colour as they needed doing anyway! & no I’m not moving out yet, my house has tenants in it until at least September! X
