Also podcast - I would highly recommend Chris and Rosie Ramsey - shagged married annoyed. I listen to it in the car on the way to work and I can’t help but constantly smile and laugh out loud at it. Normally, going on and off medications can cause issues with your brain’s ability to regulate, which is normally why we need antidepressants to begin with, so be extra safe love, we want you healthy and happy 💕
Podcasts - I LOVE Lily and Anna’s ‘At Home With’ as it’s literally two mates having a chat and they’re so listenable. Also, Off The Menu if you’re a comedy fan. Prepare to laugh out loud too. xx

Quick question: has your sertraline reduction been advised by your GP? Usually you should only go down to starting dose and then completely come off them. Not taking medication regularly can really effect your health! (I have spent 12 years on and off various mental health medications and now work in mental health services and I've never known someone to take them on certain days) PLEASE BE SAFE XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I rarely listen to podcasts, but when I do, I listen to “let’s not meet” by Andrew Tate on Spotify. It’s a horror podcast, where Andrew read stories people send in that have happened to them or something they have experienced with another person. Highly recommend it ❤️
