Jhumri finds herself in the police station after the residents of a housing society file a complaint with the police against her. The police are informed that Jhumri walked into Mohit’s house and informed Mohit that she is pregnant with his child. Then, one day, Jhumri goes missing. Where has Jhumri disappeared? Yet when the heart takes over the mind, the outcome is a mindless tragedy.Crime Patrol- Dastak will attempt to look at the signs, the signals that are always there before these mindless crimes are committed. Instincts/Feelings/Signals that so often tell us that not everything is normal. May be, that signal/feeling/instinct is just not enough to believe it could result in a crime. Unfortunately after the crime is committed, those same signals come haunting.

I wonder why Jumri was not given shelter in some Govt. organisation. After so many incidents related to her and involvement of police, she was still left in the street in that condition. Police could have saved some headaches, if she was rehabilitated until the birth of the child. Why so much drama?

How is this normal or even acceptable? That too these days when Indians have progressed so much! Yet, physical abuse is shown as part of their normal life. As if, it's a must!
