I am having doubt. Is 555 Ic oscillator frequency is 185hz. Why Q1 q2 q3 output are not anded and different outputs are used of cd4017.

It is not pure sine wave, and the ac have a lot of fluctuations because the frequency is not correctly adjusted.

You can have sine wave at the output at steady frequency when adding 475/450v capacitor.

You need to add 475/450v capacitor at the output to filter out the SPWM repulse.
