This home has been 4sale since the mid 2010's and nobody has bought it yet? There must be something wrong with the house or neighborhood if it has been in the market that long.
Not true the previous owner was in prison the ask was 28M it sold 2 years ago for 20M and the current owner is trying for flip it for 25M. Tell me how that works out for you buddy. Now that interest rates went from 3-over 7 and heading to 10 lol. There’s one born every minute
@@zule4634previous owner is the same owner its been since it was built, he was indicted a while ago on some federal charges, pardoned by trump and sold the house to a trust to protect himself through the legal process.
It’s about 3x+ the costs of any comparable nearby home. How would you feel if you paid 20m for your house when your neighbors only paid 3? Couple that with the fact that this house is outdated in every possible way…..

Someone was living in it and they recently put it for sale. I was looking at all the houses and this house was a new one.
