Hi guys! A lot of time passed after I share my previous part of video. I know a lot of you are waiting to continue. Its take a lot of time because many ideas come in the process of work and sometimes you have to change plans, look for additional information, think over details. Anyone who has been with me for a long time knows that I love strong and reliable designs. I had the welding done by professional welders because I don't have the proper equipment. The transition plates that connect the Y and Z axes were made for me from 6 mm steel on a CNC plasma table. So now I can to process a detail with a size of 3300x1300x200mm. This machine efficiently surfaces and flattens wood slabs, boards, cookies, and other material with minimal labor and time. Compared to a jointer-planer, the flattens wider and thicker material. The machine can also be used as a calibration and grinding machine. I'm also thinking about fixing the X-axis. If I see a need for this in the workflow, I will add this feature and share the result.

When I first found you a few years ago, the building you are currently in was not as usable but you have made it into a great space today.
The hours of work, the rooms, the detail of work quality, you just keep improving your workshop and space you have.
It's an amazing progress from nearly nothing to magnificent place you have created. You constantly amaze me with the quality of your work, your great ideas for new useful projects, just super. Be it tools, benches, toys for your kids, you are the handy man!
      Thank you! 👍💪✌

Glad to see that you're still in action, Vere. I'm filled with admiration for your energy, engineering and design prowess and range of skills in building this and all of your earlier projects, including your amazing rehabilitation of that ruined old factory building. Your energy and creativity are at once attestation to the historic and current vibrancy of the Ukrainian people and culture, but they also lead me to think of the contributions your engineering design skill, creativity and energy could be making to the defense of your country at this terrible time.

Hi 👋, Vereshchak , great looking 👀 project, well worth the effort, About 15 years ago I built a work/assembly table, it might of been worth using laminated plywood, to construct your table, a lot more work, But it will not move as much as real wood will, I built a table, very similar size to yours, 1.5 m x 3.5 m, , and I constructed it out of 24/5 thick, birch, ply, laminating the plywood to make it 50 mil thick, Lots of time involved in planing the parts up afterwards, are used the rails that you can purchase from Festool, A giant size, MFT /3 table,
I wish you all the success in the future , good luck with your projects,

WOW! 😲 This is a $30,000+ piece of equipment if you paid retail for it. It's SO overbuilt, it's indestructible! I can imagine building the table, but all the hardware and electronics are beyond me. Since you make so many tables for your profession this is essential for your efficiency and a very important investment on your part. I'm really impressed with your results. An absolutely extraordinary job for what you need! 👍👍👍
