USA SHOULD PAY A FEE TO ASML FOR PROHIBITING IT FROM SELLING ITS ADVANCED MACHINES TO CHINA. It is a company from the Netherlands. Otherwise sooner or later it will sell to you, because China has a much larger market than the USA. The USA only has good chip designers, which is the easiest thing to do.
