Hey eyol a few tips when you make the curry. Use a nonstick pot and add in more oil. Then add the meat and the onions, potatoes, and carrot. Stir until they are 80% cooked. If you are using ottogi curry then add 3 cups of water. Wait until it boils then add the curry powder little by little while you stir it. Leave it on high heat for about 2-3 minutes then turn to medium low heat for about 8-10 minutes or when the potatoes are soft! If you want to make the curry more tasty then add butter! Love from the U.S.A. 😊💞💓
