Thank you so much! 💕✨️
This project was simple. We use cardboard and EVA paper for the structure of the mask. For the details, instead of modeling paste, you can use hot glue as well. Another tip is not to make the head sword too heavy, so as not to lean forward. And of course, make the little holes in the mask so you can see. 😆

absolutely love your cosplay, i noticed that you leave out a pair of tiny holes in the head portion, is the visibility good ? i'm working on the same cosplay and i want to find out before i started accidentally bumping into people in a con lol
Thank you so much! And the visibility isn't incredible but it's not bad either, you can see where you're going at least.
But you can do bigger ones if you want, and then use some black nets on the inside to disguise the holes. I hope this helps :)

boa noite, qual material você usou para colar o Eva? cola de Eva consegue fixar com firmeza?
Honestamente eu nunca testei cola de EVA e não posso dizer muito sobre a eficácia dela! Eu geralmente uso cola de contato para colar peças de EVA, principalmente se forem peças grandes. Se não for contato, uso cola instantânea (para materiais porosos) 😊 são as colas mais eficazes na minha opinião.

Hola 😊 Para la parte de la mandíbula usé EVA, cartón y un hilo de alambre (el material blanco que aparece en el video es EVA y el material amarillo es cartón).
Para sujetarlo al casco usé imanes de neodimio muy fuertes! 😊

Para estructurar la mandíbula, utilicé alambre. Y para unir la mandíbula a la cabeza, usé imanes de neodimio (que son bastante fuertes) 😊

The blade in the head was 70cm and in the arms was 90cm approximately. I used a 3mm EVA foam and a 5mm piece of wire.

That's a really cool cosplay ! I'm working on the same cosplay, but I'm wondering how long is the "Head Sword" portion of the costume ? I tried to make it at as long as a real life long sword before it started tilting and bending down lol

I made mine with 70×13cm (the head sword), but the right thing is to do it in proportion to your head and see if it doesn't hang down. I tried to use as little material as possible so it wouldn't be too heavy. 😊

Puedes usar alambre dulce ya que es moldeable y resistente

Desculpe a demora pra responder, os dentes variam entre 3 e 4 cm, e as peças do maxilar depende muito do tamanho do seu rosto e como ficaria confortável pra você.

The patterns I created were made on the spot and then adjusted on EVA foam. So the size is not right, I'm sorry 😥

Sorry, I didn't understand what your question was specifically!
The video shows the whole process. I used aluminum foil and masking tape to make the base of the head, and then cardboard to structure it. The face shape I made with modeling paste and for the swords I used EVA foam.
Where do you get the wire used in the swords?
I buy it online 😊 I search for 4 or 5mm wire and buy per meter.

Yes! We made two very small holes in the mask so you could see through. You can't tell as the mask is all black 😊

Also, how did you make the hand and head blades, in terms of layering. What did you put on top of what ?
We made a total of 3 layers of EVA of 3mm each one. The middle layer had an opening to fit a piece of wire (to keep everything structured). And that was it. I don't know if that's what you asked.

I used contact cement and that's why it turned out that color, I didn't use anything else to harden it. 😊

Que no se ve muy bien si es goma eva o carton
Usé papel de aluminio para moldear la forma de la cara y cinta de carrocero para hacerla más resistente. Luego pegué varias tiras de papel alrededor para que quedara más rígido :)

Hi, what does EVA and fita crepes mean? I need to traslate it but i cant understand them
Hi, EVA is a type of Foam and "fita crepe" means masking tape. I hope this helps :)

Hi, we used a wire inside the jaw just to make it sturdier :)
Do you have the brands or types of paint you used?
Hi, we used metallic spray paints for the blades and the chin. Then for the head itself, the fleshy parts and the teeth we used acrylic paints and a brush.
As for the brands it doesn't really matter that much, you can choose the ones you like the most, I hope this helps❤

You can use a lot of things, like cardboard, polymer clay, or even gluing a lot of layers of some thick paper. After priming and painting it's going to look pretty much the same :)

E a mandíbula não tem uma medida específica, vai depender do formato e do tamanho do seu rosto, pra tudo ficar bem encaixado e mover quando você abrir e fechar a boca.
