It's been awhile since I last gave an update on COVID-19 and weddings. Today, we're talking about what they will look like this coming Spring and into 2022. With vaccinations rolling out, vendors and venues are constantly adjusting to the changes and CDC guidelines, and things are starting to look up!

Hey everyone! Are you planning to keep your wedding in 2021 or thinking about having it in 2022? Let me know if this info is helpful in your wedding planning! Hopefully this will be the last update on covid and for more positive things to come our way soon. Also, who else is excited that dance floors might make a comeback sooner rather than later (in southern CA at least)?? 🙋‍♂️

Have been following Amari Productions for a while now, and your updates have been getting me through this wedding planning in a pandemic, and now i'm 25 days away! This is super helpful!

“Not expecting you to get married in both years.”
...I’m having a wedding in 2021 and in 2022 and Amari is filming both of them.

Being someone who likes to have things planned out (type a personality) I was really starting to struggle with our summer 2021 wedding plans. Do I wait, do I postpone...
We ended up moving out legal ceremony to last week and had a very beautiful but small ceremony ( with family present over live stream). Once all of our travel restrictions are lifted, well have a big celebration with our family, we even saved some of the traditional aspects of the wedding for this second occasion such as our ring exchange and more personal vows. This also allowed me to have some beautiful winter photos taken by the snow castle and ice road. To me it was important to do what was best for us, and in this current time, it just makes sense to have "2" weddings so to speak.

We are having our wedding 10/2/2021 with no plans to postpone! I think we will be fine by then but if things change we will likely still elope then and have a wedding later

76! Holy mackerel! My date is 5/21/22 and I'm in the northern shenandoah valley. Just secured a venue and date, so now I'm ready to start getting the other vendors! Sounds like I need to get on top of it!

The plus side is you’ll finish booking vendors much earlier than normal. Extra time to relax!

@@AmariProductions so true! Especially since I'm on such a small budget and I'm gonna be doing a lot of DIYs. Also I'm in college... lol. Lots going on, but I'm excited!

Just starting the video... still nervous about my October 2022 wedding.
14:45 -- Glad I already booked a lot of vendors. Caterers being cagey though. I suspect busy with inquiries like you said, though.

Got engaged Autumn 2019 and excitedly booked the wedding and most vendors by December '19 for a Summer '22 wedding, lamenting how far away it was going to be.
Now I'm just desperately hoping those plans can still go ahead as much as possible (buffet meal may still have to be swapped out by the sounds of things).
    Thanks for the info!

This is so greatly appreciated all your information! I saw your last video recap on the same topic back in late January after getting engaged on New Years Eve and it was also really helpful in DIY planning my own wedding during this time and season! I can happy to say that I will be an October 2021 bride and seriously can’t wait! We chose a micro wedding with 22 guests at an outdoor cabin venue. Keep up the awesome work! You definitely have a new fan who’s a bride AND a creative (I’m a designer/maker)!

Okay, so, I know this a little more serious video, but, when you said "jump on your vendors now." I literally pictured a bride in her dress jumping on her vendors.. LOL!
Don't- don't literally jump on your vendor's back... You might hurt them. Please- please don't hurt the vendors.
