Probably my favorite song in the game besides the vulcano theme and i think this is a better theme than the the other new super mario bros games have for their deserts
All the other New Super Mario Bros games after Wii reused it's Desert theme instead of remixing New Super Mario Bros DS's desert theme or making a completely new one.
I love how these are all short, dry notes until the last part, when some strings appear with arpeggios (For some weird reason), and that the triangle sounds every 4th measure
This brings back so many memories as it was my first game :D But can I ask for one of my favorite songs of all time? Geruda Valley from Ocarina of Time would be great, if you haven't done it already :) Thanks and have a great day ^^
Nintendo used the SM64DS as a source. Most of the data is actually present. Like the cap switches, but others are actually used, like sound, whomps, etc. Even the iconic "Bah, Bah!" of this game is from SM64-SM64DS
@@EloyKraYT nice i saw some huge similarities a few weeks ago and i love it. Basically mario 64 in 2d :).. does this game still use the sm64 ds engine ?
@@EinfabioIt does, it was just modified a bit, so it fits the 2D movement. Moves like the backflip, or that jump that you did while stopping were removed. No problem!

Please, I beg you, do this with the volcano theme. It's the best in the NSMB series.
