My rear rotor was coming loose too after 20 miles and the crank screw flew out and the peddle and crank flew off.
I've locktighted all nuts and bolts been out for another 20 miles seems to have sorted the loosing bolt problem.
If you buy on of these tighten everything up and check everytime you go out on the bike.

I'm used to this because I do the same with my electric scooter.
Tighter all screws with loctite medium strength.
Periodically you still have to check this and that but most of the job you done with the loctite.

Great content. Just purchased this as my first ebike due to its versatility and 29” offering. Cost a little more for an entry level bike but just seemed to be best for the money. Plan to go over the entire bike and use the medium grade of Locktite so certain parts can be removed when necessary. Will use this bike for exploring mild unpaved or gravel roads off paved forested greenways in Texas.

Same bike and the same thing happened to my rear brake rotor (lost all the screws). I found one of the screws in the driveway and it had no blue loctite on it. Vendor sent me a new set and they all had blue loctite. Other than that 1700km this summer and still loving it.

Different people have posted different minor/major issues like faulty battery (promptly replaced under warranty) and very minor things.
Bare in mind this is a mechanical and electric gadget and nothing is perfect.
The best of this bike is its generous battery size, it's the biggest in the market!
