I love this match as both characters are insanely skilled hunters. A true hunt of the “most dangerous game”.

Won't lie, as Star Wars nerd with not a lot of knowledge of Predator outside the movies, I was legit worried for the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy
@@AutumnWoodham Look at it this way. Boba Fett seems to always escape death, while Predators never seem to survive the movies or comics they're featured in
Significant Predators in works are generally given simple names to tell them apart, like the Jungle Hunter from the first movie or Scarface from Predator Concrete Jungle. I like to call the DB Predator Gladiator, since Death Battle is like a gladiator show.
I know this this fight made a lot of Predator fans pretty upset. The fact they used a random Blooded rather than a one of the many officially named Preds. Including Wolf and Tusk. Wolf in particular might have even pulled out a win because his whole gimmick is being the one Predator who does fight with dirty tricks and the like.
Yes. That aside, Boba's Beskar has so little coverage that a single shot from a Plasma Caster would kill him immediately.
This is probably the closest match up they've had in a while, with exception to their latest fight.
Wasn't Scarlet Witch vs Zatanna their true closest fight?
These two are equal in power and the only difference is that Zatanna is more cool-headed while Wanda gets more unhinged more she taps into her full power
The point of the predator killing itself isn’t to kill its prey but to prevent them from taking its technology.
I have a few issues with this fight but still enjoyed it. For starters the Predator's self destruct was never ment to be a way to kill the enemy or take them out with them, it's ment to remove evidence of them being there and as a sort of "seppuku" that's why there's a count down at all instead of instantaneous, and they kind of just roll all the Predator's gear into one even though no one Yautja is like the other, the best comparison would be if they matched a Wookie in Death Battle and give him stuff from Chewbacca and others and stuffed in one entity, heck someone on RUclips made an entire backstory for this Predator based on what was seen in the DB calling him John Yautja. And they kinda just pull their weapons out of thin air like the Scythe, and sticks, and the "ugly fother mucker" line felt out of character for Boba, at best he should have said "what Sarlacc spit You out?" But I still loved how Boba Cauterized his severed arm with the lightsaber like a badass

A couple interesting Boba Fett lore stuff... from the old EU/Legends continuity...
Jabba the Hutt 'gave' Leia after she was made into his slave, to Boba as a reward. She was sent to his room, clearly for sex. But Boba just told her to sleep and never touched her and sat in his own chair away from her. She asked him why and he literally told her 'sex outside of marriage is immoral'. The two of them ended up arguing politics with Boba saying the Empire was necessary to keep law and order in the galaxy while Leia argued for the Rebellion.
After learning that Han and Leia's son Jacen Solo had become Darth Caedus and murdered Luke Skywalker's wife Mara Jade, Boba sent Han a condolence gift. The gift were Mandalorian crush-gauntlets and a note telling Han to take care of his son. Essentially telling Han to go strangle his evil son to death with gauntlets that can crush anything once it starts squeezing.
Boba actually has the dark saber. So it’s another weapon that he could use as he actually earned the mandalore title already. He is known as the rebirth of mandalore as he helped bring the planet back from the empire.

Soon as they brought legends into the mix i knew my favorite bounty hunter was taking the w also lets be real jango was a menace as shown in books comics and the incredibly well made bounty hunter game and boba was even more skilled powerful and just better in every way. I should also mention jango was chosen as the clone template during a trial by count dooku in which he had to kill his ex apprentice which was a powerful force user and totally batshit crazy. The fett family are my favorite bounty hunters in star wars alongside hk-47 that droid was terrifying

Boba really took losing to Samus in a first ever death battle vid and a remake personally to the point of going after the next best hunter in his league.
And I think even today Samus would win, considering the events of Metroid Dread.

That plasma scythe of the Predator's was def gonna be a problem, IF he managed to hit Boba Fett with it. It may be able to pass through Beskar, we don't know for sure!
But the Predator's armor doesn't cover as much as Boba Fett's does. And that's DEF a problem for the Pred!

Well Boba Fett have some honor - he helped son of another clone by doing job for 3 credits. But not in fight.
Predator dies in EVERY movie he's in wile Boba cheats death all the time. Just putting it out there, for those shocked and disappointed by the ending :)
this part of season 9 was excellent, 5 great fights in a row, Homelander vs Omniman, Magneto vs Tetsuo, Predator vs Boba Fett, Sun Wukong vs Hercules, Excalibur vs Raiden

Here’s what I’ve noticed when it came to characters with armor, for the most part of things, armor doesn’t always protect people from whatever, most of the time, it just looks cool and that’s it. for the most part of things, when it comes to armor, it’s all style, and almost no substance.
Loved that Predator finally got on the show.

If you think about it, Predator vs Alien is a little bit like Starcraft.
You have a high tech warrior space aliens that puts a heavy emphasis on warrior culture. Maybe not as eloquent as the Protoss, but kinda similar.
The Xenomorph's are a primitive lizard species. Maybe not as versatile as the Zerg, but kinda similar.
Then you have the humans that are just straight up Terrans, maybe a little more primitive, but still humans.

In my opinion, Predator should have won the battle. I’ve never known a Predator to hesitate when fighting or hunting while being at a disadvantage. 15:58
Would the outcome have changed if the Predator was one of the dishonorable and generally more vicious Bad Bloods? I don't know enough about them to understand if any were better armed or armored than normal Predators/Yautja. But I'm guessing a certain massive Predator from one of the movies would be a Bad Blood based on it's interaction with humans and another Predator, even if it might've been some rare exception.

Though I agree, that Fett is probably the stronger fighter, but I do hate the fact, that an experienced Predator fell to a fire trick. I refuse to believe, that a hunter with 100+ years of experience (as per Death Battle assumptions) never learned to mitigate that weakness.
Please watch the SpongeBob vs Aquaman or deku vs asta and veigto vs gogeta is a suggestion as well

They said in the analysis that they were using an Elder Predator, one that has remained undefeated for hundreds of years. They didn't have Boba fight the Predator from the first movie.

In the time between losing his arm and cauterising the wound Boba would have already bled to death as severing the Bracheal artery completely and without the immediate use of a tournequete will render the user unconcious in less than 30 seconds and dead in less than a minuete.

Yeah Boba Fett was an obvious Winner after all Deathbattle did stated that Alfred managed to kill a fully armoured Predator with a single shot from a shotgun while Boba Fett armour can tank lightsabers...so yeah obvious
Death Battle is making the mistake of diluting characters down to power levels, then using that to determine who wins. Their thought process is that if Darth Vader is more powerful than a xenomorph, and Fett has fought Vader and lived, then he must be more than a match for the Predator.
It doesn't work like that, though. Fighting styles are like specialties. It's possible for a fighter A to beat fighter B, then lose to fighter C, even though fighter B beat fighter C. It just means fighter A's style was well-suited to take on fighter B, but not C. In other words, it's entirely possible for Fett to hold his own against force users and then get absolutely slaughtered by a xenomorph.

This was by far one of the worst fights ever. Boba’s victory does not make sense in the slightest.
