I hope that eventually a fish larger than the Aripaima is discovered in the Amazon basin. The estimate is that over 500 species need to be yet discovered. Alright young people, get your biology degrees so you can lead expeditions to the Amazon and discover them.

Why are they still using canoes ?dangerous before they start .no wonder they vanish with rubbish wooden tree boat .these are dangerous waters with many monsters in water

Hey, Jeremy...have ya ever gone fishing for Bull Sharks. They DEFINITETLY classify as River Monsters as many times they will swim up freshwater rivers and are the only shark capable of doing that. And while not as big as the Tiger or Great White, the Bull Shark is actually more dangerous because of their high levels of testosterone that make them aggro and dangerous.
