I'm new to riding dirt bikes and have a silly question, do you hover your foot over your rear break at all times? I always have 2 fingers on the clutch lever just curious if I cover the rear break
A good way to help holding with your legs is to go to a skate shop and buy some grip tape to put on your number plates by your boots. Helped me a decent bit.
It's all about seat time imo, to get more comfortable on the bike. That being said, there are people who have chronic problems with their under arms and opt for surgery. Getting better grip on the bike is essential as well. Original frame protectors on the KTMs are worthless. Acerbis have good ones.

Ride on the balls of your feet. Toes in.
Make sure it's covered when you might need it. Practice using it, very important, very good.
I suffer with really bad arm pump, any tips on how to get rid of it.
Grip the bike with your legs more (squeeze), and relax your arms. You're holding on too tight. 👍

It's not sped up I don't think. If the shutter speed is very high on the camera it can sometimes look like it's sped up.
It looks sped up because they are flying along so close to the barriers and fans.
I turned off after 4 minutes of nothing
