Hi I have a problem with the Silverton Branch and my loan was my ticket number is is-202140, and my loan expired on the 8th but my items were on incubation and they said I can still pad and I made a eft to the bank account and now they are saying that they didnt receive the amount on they bank account while I have a pop that dates the 10th, can someone in head office follow up on this because if the store makes there decision and there is no reginal manager or ops manager there are many customers that will be unsatisfied, even with the Second Goods Act from SAPS and the Applying with NCR its wrong what there are doing. the are bulling me to allow my things to get repposed by force. can someone please look at my ticket number from head office and give me a solution because at the store they have my money and things
