If you see the episode where Todd is drunk he's actually a nice guy who needs help. Alcohol strips away any facade people normally put up so he's actually a nice guy he just needs mental help.
So i guess episodes like "frog baseball and held back" are considered canon then. Except in those episodes its said there in 9th grade? So are they 10th grade in this time frame? Which confusing. Cuz In the held back episode Vickers stated they were in 9th grade and by end they went to kindergarten? But here says they went from 10th to 1st? So my guess is it's a writing error.
