Thanks! You can find the stands on the DVG website. The clear ones I use are from DVG's "War of the Words", but you can order the black ones separately.
I always pull the objective prior to building my squad. Maybe I am wrong. But play my intel officer (not in the game :-) will need to tell me if I need certain equipment.
You can play Warfighter how you choose. But the rules are quite clear that you build your squad first, save for the skill cards, then pull the objective. You can always bring general usage weapons, such as a satchel charge for example.
