I appreciate how you went in depth to justify your rankings for each level (though you failed to convince me Gnasty’s World wasn’t by far the worst 😂). I 100 percent agree with the number one spot though. If you rank the Spyro 2 and 3 levels I’ll definitely watch them.
Such an enjoyable video! Thank you for putting so much passion into it. Nice to see a fellow defender of Tree Tops, I adore it and think it’s one of the best in the whole series for how well done the supercharge navigation is in the level design. Well done, hoping to see the remaining Spyro games ranked from you some day ;)
Amazing video! I was putting together beads for a bracelet and I couldn't help but be invested pretty much the whole time. I gotta say, you're absolutely right on Dark Hollow being #1, at least right up there with Wizard Peak for me :) subscribed, keep up the amazing work!!
Honestly didnt think I would watch the whole video when I saw the length but you kept my attention the whole time. Great observations and opinions. Some things I didn't even noticed that you pointed out. I know you put a lot into this but I would love to see your rankings/thoughts on the 2nd especially, and the 3rd as I just finished all 3 recently and am lowkey missing it 😂 The 2nd one was most nostalgic for me. Good work! Hope to see more in the future 👍
Loved the video, truly a great work! I think Spyro 1 is a near perfect game in terms of level design. In my ranking, they all spread from B to S tier... exept for flight levels. They place faaaar on the low side. honestly I think they ruin the mood and are too frustrating to play, flying should be fun. They're the only part of the game I detest and refuse to complete, I feel like they shouldn't be there, or should be something different - spyro's flying motions are fun and addicting, on their own! In fact, this means no gnasty's loot for me, that one level that offers flying the way I like. And as a completionist, this hurts 😂
Funnily enough, my fiancé feels the exact same way as you. I tried to get her to play the game and she immediately lost interest when she discovered Sunny Flight and couldn't get past it. So it's funny to see another one who hates the flights as much as her!
Well, RUclips recommendations doing something good for once. A huge video about the world of my favorite childhood game? Yes, please! BTW, my favorite worlds are Magic Crafters and Dark Passage! I don't like Tree Tops, haha. Edit: Eeeeyyyyy, nice number 1 ;)
It used to be my number one and was the only redeeming quality of Beast Makers in my eyes back then. But I suppose tastes change over the years haha. For better or worse who’s to say
Personally disagree with most of the order itself, but thats what i love about these videos. Most of your comments regarding the levels themselves i agreed with. Great video and opinions! 💜
Yea definitely! It's hard to remain 100% objective when looking at something personal but the differing orders of ranks is always the best part of individualized rankings!
Every interesting list and wellmade vid. I would never rank cliff town or artisans below the flight levels or gnasty home world. And the ending kinda suprised me when I noticed what your first place would be, because Dark Passage is a level, that I wouldnt even put in my top20. Its far below Alpine Ridge for example.
Already disagree, Misty Bog is a total pain, but definitely memorable and fun imo. Im just glad to see more people giving my purple boy love. Cheers mate!
Totally fair! It being at the bottom is mostly from a childhood of disdain for it that grew over the years so it stayed as something I’d prefer to skip over if possible!
I despise the redesign of Misty Bog in Reignited. It's not a misty bog anymore like in the original. Granted I don't care for most of Reignited's redesigns, but Misty Bog is an absolute sin.
You clearly put a lot of time and effort into this video and it really shows. Great job! Will definitely tune in if you do Spyro 2/3.

@@beaniemeanie1998 Thank you so much! Glad to hear it kept you good company!
Also, the gnorcs in dry canyon can be flamed when their shields are down and they are aiming their guns at spyro.
Reignited killed gliding levels
This Ranking was pretty good NGL. And every intro for each entry was great.
You got plans to do 2 & 3 Reignited?
You know it! Just gotta find the time to start work on them (seeing as this one took several months to get everything together)
Dark hollow is absolutely goated
Stone hill second

Both the second and third games are on my agenda to get done eventually I'm happy to report!

@@Huskys_Vodsglad to know i'm not the only one having this feeling 😂 luckily for me i think spyro's 2 speedways are good. Challenging, but enjoyable!
Can you do a ranking of the levels of all 3 OG Spyro games?
It’s on the itinerary already! Just gotta find the time to dedicate to it with work butting heads

Yea but that's the neat part about personalized rankings is you get to see conflicting opinions on things and how they hold up against each other!
I think your top 5 is similar to mine. I'm glad Haunted Towers made the higher list. It has a certain magic to it.

Misty Big the worst?!?! Oof we're already very far apart XD
