- Gran Canaria, Today we were in Taurito and we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful it is there. There is a nice clean Beach, with many water sports possibilities. And then there is a big pretty Waterpark with many slides and large pool area. There are Restaurants, Bars and Shops. All surrounded by very nice looking Hotels. A really good place to making Holidays for Families. From Playa del Ingles, Maspalomas, Meloneras or San Agustin you can easily reach Taurito by car via the highway or by public transport We Love Canarias

We visited here four weeks ago. Left a flooded town behind in the uk for a week of sun. Best hoilday We've ever had. Locals were great. Resort was amazing. We'll be back here. I love the music you use in this video.

Great resort great hotels but not wheelchair friendly found very steep ramps and cobbled paving around the lift area

I went there 2 months ago, and stayed at Hotel Lago Taurito across from Princess, rooms weren't amazing but i didn't care lol, I spent most of the days at the pool, beach, or in the Europa which was only a very short taxi trip away.
We have been there two time. Absolutely lovely place!

i went there for a vacation didnt go to princess or the one on the hill but i did on the 3 star one with the bar and club

Just booked for end of April what is the weather like?
Any idea what the weather is usually like at Christmas? We're booked in here looks a realy good hotel
Mostly sun at 25 degrees, water temperature at about 22 degrees. And the further south, the more stable the weather. That means from Arguineguin it is usually a bit more stable weather in the winter.
Going with 3 families and we have 3 17 year olds with us is there enough for them to do didn’t see any bars apart from the hotels where has anybody been out of there hotels how are the evening’s there not a late night just the evenings also seen a lot of water activities that’s great any idea hm they are
I don't think there is much there in the evening, but Puerto Rico is nearby. It's 5-10 minutes by taxi.

I would love to know the story of the half built hotel on the hill. It's been like that for years.
That's a good question. Unfortunately, I have no idea why. 😊
Whilst I was on holiday there about 5-6 months ago, I got told that they had started building it years ago but a builder died in an accident, so they decided to abandon it
We were there last year and was told it was because the access road was blocked by a landslide and the site is unstable for building on now.

According to Weather Service AEMET we still have heat warning. www.aemet.es/es/eltiempo/prediccion/municipios/palmas-de-gran-canaria-las-id35016
But we are an island in the middle of the atlantic, the weather changes hourly, so I don't give that much to the weather service. 😎
