If you had taken damage beforehand in the rooms, then your health will display as full until it changes, in which it will adjust to the actual health you had along with the hp gained with the bandage
I know why. Because you died to an entity in the rooms but the other player survived and went to 200 prob you respawned but something about respawing while you died in the rooms. You still have zero health so the bandage healed you not damage you.
Everyone else is wrong, You took damage from a-90 after beating rooms but it didn't show your health yet so when u took the bandage it showed health but it showed it like it was damaging you

bro this happen to me to
You can’t heal if your on full health
Reason because the other player has low health
You are in full hp so dont use the bandage
