- LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A man who vandalized several public officials’ homes could face new charges after prosecutors said he wrote a letter where he solicits the murder of the judge hearing his case and several other people, including two reporters.

Who does this child think he is? Sheldon from Big Bang Theory? Have a "list"? Did his parents never teach this child? Or does he have a mental issue? And if a mental issue is the problem with his dangerous and criminal behavior, why did the parents not pick up on any of this? He may be 21, but he was a minor just 3-4 years back, and mental issues of this magnitude usually have some beginning at the age of adolescent, when new hormones stream through the body creating the maturing process to make an adult. The parents would normally see things that should be deemed medical and the child then should see the appropriate physician. Too much freedom can be harmful for children, giving them a "no consequence" type of attitude. There are ALWAYS consequences, and all children should know this, and parents should make this idea of "consequences" abundantly clear to the juvenile before they get into serious legal issues that have REAL CONSEQUENCES.

Well, if this had been in California, he would be booked and released without posting a bail, each and every time he got arrested. But, It's Nevada. He's a keeper.
In California he would qualify for a mental health diversion program and get his charges dismissed within 2 years
