The log is brought up in the police phone interview with the fisherman.
That and other evidence that has seemed to make little since she herself unalived herself. For instance how far down the river she was, the bruises on her hand, the strange way the 911 call sounded etc. I do pray Mica gets justice.

If a divorce has been filed or even a separation exists, the living spouse should have NO RIGHT to the deceased spouse's personal property. All of Mica's belongings should go to her family. JP is disgusting and has no right to even claim "sadness" regarding the loss of Mica. A true man of God would do the right thing. JP is a disgrace!

A coroner is an appointed position that requires NO medical knowledge whereas a medical examiner is a physician who ACUALLY examines the bodies and does autopsy

It is common for domestic abusers to sue for spousal abuse on a wife that was a stay at home mother. It weaponizes the court system to ramp up the intimidation. Ask an domestic abuse victim.
He put her in a mental hospital and makes points to tell EVERYONE how incredibly mentally unstable she was.....then asks spouse support...if she's so unstable, how much money would he expect her to make? Not very smart.
Can confirm! The "family courts" were weaponized against me, my children, and other innocent women I've come across through the years. It has destroyed some of them. It is absolutely a problem and desperately needs oversight and accountability.

Our justice system is full of JPs. These evil narcissists gravitate towards positions of power and the powers that should not be make sure to have judges, chief of police, politicians, mainstream media, celebrities, CEO's, Generals, Captains etc flooded with these types of people. The state of the world is so chaotic right now because people follow these people and not question.... it's no different than Covid lies and propaganda. People listen to these so called authority figures and discredit the people who are trying to tell the truth.... the try to keep them down by calling them conspiracy theorist. All of these type of people are demonic and are either narcissist, psychopaths or sociopaths which is all basically the same. They do not have empathy and are not motivated by family, love and wanting to be serve God or be good people. Our so-called justice system is very corrupt. But if there's enough evidence and people don't give up on this. JP may be able to be held accountable for his laundry lists of crimes .

I'm getting tired of the argument that hearing both sides is journalism. Giving equal unchallenged platforms and allowing people to manipulate the audience is not journalism. Challenging people when they lie and manipulate is journalism.

I don't think the problem is that you're letting JP have a platform. I think the problem everyone's having with him talking, based on facts we do have, we know who he is and what he has done and what kind of person he is. Giving him a platform is useless since we can't believe what he's saying, and it furthers his delusion and ramps up the narcissism. Narcissists love to be seen. Basically, we are feeding the beast by allowing him to speak.

Sure, but when someone is obviously lying and manipulating they need to CHALLENGED by the interviewer or they will fool half the audience. That is the job of a JOURNALIST. Not to tip toe around a narcissist out of fear that they won't talk to you again.

This was stagnent water, how did the log get on top of her. JP is still manipulating and stalling. He knows if her family gets her belongings that they will find all the dirt that Mica has on him, she gave all her passwords before her death they can access everything and sink him. He is running scared. Mica is still entitled to half his assets yhe family should sue him for wrongful death then the lawyers could ask for access to her computer and phone, documents ect to get proof, the FBI could also request access. My theory is the 500$ she had was to pay someone for info,etc and she was planning to meet someone in Fair Bluff. She knew she needed protection, hence why she purchased the gun beforehand. Unfortunately, she was in over her head and was overtaken, killed and her body was dumped up river at the State Park. This was all planned out. She was planning on taking that church down. JP is too much of a wimp to have done it himself or alone. My guess is his dad or attorney or members of his church are involved. There are more people than just JP who stand to lose a great deal if the church goes down.

That court should immediately DENY that motion and proceed with the court hearing tomorrow! Mica’s family is going through enough and doesn’t deserve, nor need, this/more obstacles in their way throughout their fight for Mica! This is just another one of his shady calculated tactics to prolong Mica and her family from getting any justice/closure! As well as a disgusting attempt to find a way to prolong/get around the karma that’s coming his way! If you're talking death, there is no family court. It all goes probate. If you're talking minor children custody, that's family court.
Probate is not automatic.

Justin mentioning the Murdoch family and how this resembles the way LE let a lot of things slide...yes! Myrtle Beach, Robeson Co are all in "good ol boy" territory and families with money can potentially get away with a lot....
He would not file something like that in open court. It would be filed with the clerk's office and could possibly be filed under seal so only the attorneys and judge can see what is inside. If you can get the case number, you can look at all those file documents unless they have pulled the file for use in the court hearing that day.
Justin has the strongest poker face I've ever seen! He has to have an expressionless face for the sake of continuing to get interviews from JP Miller as well as respecting Mica's family and spilling details on JLR Investigates. Must be a tough job! Justice for Mica.

JP saying justice for Mica has nothing to do with the fact he thinks she didn’t take her own life and someone else is involved in my own opinion it’s exactly how he’s blown up and harassed the family stating it’s her family’s fault cause they was pushing her to leave, pushing her to not take her medicine, pushing her to be miserable and unhappy to the point of unaliving herself!! All he’s trying to do in it is blame her family which is completely wrong cause it’s very clear it wasn’t them that was putting her through the abuse and mind games but him!!

THANK YOU! As a SC native and DV survivor, I truly love your coverage of this case JRL! You and magnolia are blessings! I’ve enjoyed Justin since finding him during Sebastian’s case. However, it’s such an injustice he’s referred to his TT live with JP as an interview. I’m also over the narrative of allowing JP a platform to manipulate as responsible journalism. Responsible journalists ask questions and correct any false narratives on their platform.
I was saying into the phone “WHAT DOES JUSTICE FOR MICA LOOK LIKE TO YOU JP?”. He didn’t have to push him as JP could shut down. Still, he didn’t even ask legitimate questions. He didn’t correct manipulation. Such as the (paraphrasing) “how’d you end up connected to someone like Robbie? You don’t seem like he is.”. He should feel a sense of responsibility to shut that down especially since Robbie was on his live until he had an opportunity to bring on JP. He could’ve said “Robbie is a reliable source, we align in that way” or something to shut it down. JP controlled who would be on the live, he painted Robbie negatively and spoke on what he wanted only. Not an interview.

Sorry - my zodiac sign and who I am as a person has to critique some of the things you said. I respect your journalism & investigations, I just want to make sure the right information is being put out there.
-JP didn't file a police report on iphoneguru - he called the police. The document you showed was the call log. I know that seems trivial, but I think he didn't file a report because he knew it was a lie.
-JP did not commit fraud by selling his house to the church for less than it's worth. You have the right to sell property for whatever you want. He could however, get in trouble for selling it during a pending divorce, it just depends. He owned it before he married Mica, but Kirk Hanna deeded his 1/2 over to JP while he was married to Mica. So she may be entitled to 1/4. I don't know how it works since that divorce filing was eventually dropped.
-The Home Value Estimate is $366,333.00 (this is agency estimates, not Zillow, etc) The value he sold it to the church is $169,331.31. He bought it for $188,000.00 Honestly it'd be stupid for him to sell it to himself for the full value. In fact, if he DID sell it for the full price, then he'd be pocketing all the extra money and moving "church" money over to his pockets. THAT would be more suspicious than just selling it for the balance of the mortgage.

-When JP filed for Separate Support and Maintenance he was not seeking "spousal support". This does not mean that he was seeking money from her. The reason he filed it is to establish legally who will be responsible for maintaining marital assets and marital debt and to protect financial interests, etc since they were separated and she wasn't living in the home. Either party can file this, it doesn't mean the person filing is seeking support (don't forget the document contains the word Maintenance). Example: it establishes who has access to which vehicle, who uses/pays this credit card, who lives in the marital residence, who pays for what bills, etc, who has access to which accounts. He filed it because he didn't want her legally having access to certain assets.

Remember JP supposedly takes meds for schizophrenia, so he will be thinking everyone is after him, then again, so do guilty people😅, lithium is for bipolar, so just google both of those for symptoms, in addition to personality disorders. Then his behavior just fits his actions and we shouldn't be surprised.
Of course he’s going to try to continue until probates complete. Even more pathetic is he had to have had it thrown in probate, that’s not automatic.
