Honestly my favorite anime opening ever top 1: music in perfect harmony with each character and each scene, Ichigo is shown as the hero that he is and that he is the only one who can defeat the great enemy of this season, it gives you chills to know the fights that the opening previews, simply divine

One of the best bleach opening is here. I mean come on the sequence where it screenshots each character is amazing and full of chills.
The year: 2008. Ichigo vs Grimmjow had finished then the next episode started a filler arc. The filler lasted from April to October 7. With the filler finally over, hype for the next episode increased because many waited months for the main story to return and we were getting a new OP by Aqua Timez. The day finally came. The episode begins and the OP starts immediately. You see Ichigo walking with his silhouette changing to the beat and you notice the beat is a banger. You stop. You replay it from the beginning. The intro beat immediately sucks you in because you know a banger is coming then the song just explodes at the title drop and the rest is history. The amount of times I replayed this song because it became my favorite Bleach OP song (at the time) cannot be counted. Aqua Timez delivered as expected.
It’s crazy because I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when the episode first aired on adult swim/toonami when it came back from the filler arc. Greatness.
13 was better in my opinion but this one was a banger also.

I have mixed feelings towards this song, the beginning is absolutely breathtaking, i thought the vocals were a tad annoying years ago, but its grown on me and i appreciate the instrumentals more than anything, and even the vocals are alright at this point, truly a beautiful opening, Bleach has grown on me over the last 10 years as a whole, I appreciate much more now compared to most other animes that have come out recently, its underrated show, not my favorite but def in my top 10, also Demon Slayer has beautiful animation and all, but ultimately feels like a ripoff of bleach fused with some naruto and maybe even avatar with the elements.
