How is the weather in Cusco in mid-Feburary? Not MP, but the city of Cusco. Would the rain prevent you from walking around and exploring the city? Does it rain all day? Trying to decide whether to include Cusco for few days when visiting Peru.
No. I live here so I have a really good sense of the weather, and a lot of pictures and video of a lot of things that are a lot more interesting also, but the shots from MaPi are from multiple trips over several years.
