I would like to clear the deck from my side. I know Aquastar for the last 4 years, I would proudly say I am a loyal customer for them. I am from Andhra Pradesh. 1. their customer service is exemplary, they treat small customers & big customers equally. I am a small hobbyist, even then they send me small orders also. at times, I am surprised for their customer service. 2. regarding comments, don't believe comments, why, I vl say... 3. they are wholesalers, the modus operandi is wholesale business, means, their regular customers know their business and what products they want, they complete sale in 5 min. 4. we need to respect their valuable time. 5. they have some 3000 plus items, if you are unclear about the product you want, it's not their mistake. 6. Mr. Selvaraj treats everyone equally, their staff are cordial, they clarified all my doubts with patience. I spent in their shop for 5 hrs, I never had any problem with staff.
Some people have created a fake stereotype about that shop that their service is bad but from my personal experience and from several others who visit there regularly I can say that they provide best service and also quality products at reasonable price being myself a window shopper. Unless until u buy wholesale ,I doubt any one from kolathur can ship outside TN...even if u buy wholesale it will be profitable , u will lose money on transport itself...advised to chcek plants and buy locally 🙂
What about prices bro. Is it higher than other shops in kolathur for accessories? Apart from sunsun. And for lava rocks and driftwood.. is it pricey here. I am setting up a planted aquarium from scratch. So looking for good alternatives.
Accessories if u need sunsun go to aquastar...if need dophin, sobo,jet, go to zamaan aquarium bro...chcek out my video on zaman u will understand better. And for driftwood and lava rocks aquastar is better coz u will get lot of selection to do depending on aquascaper concept which u have in mind
