And as someone who specialises in deepfake I can tell you what you have seen here is just a slight taste of what we deepfakers are developing soon not even specialists like me will be able to tell the difference.
Wow, wisest words ever regarding DF's. I have seen a few channels do DF's and I thought this was a really good example.
It had the right mix of props and green screen elements to really sell it. But then there were "deliberate errors" to make sure people didn't get taken in.
What I thought was pretty impressive, after seeing this, was the lack of tracking reference points painted on Debra Stephenson's face.
If only they made video of Diana as a Queen giving Christmas message, that would have been a wildfire.

@@dickschwanzstein1789I think for kids was prob not that far off as at least kids in the war had some connection with others. I think the isolation affected some people a lot. I mean people committed suicide over lockdowns. It’s just a different type of issue. It wasn’t as bad for ppl who didn’t bother with the rules or had a large family etc but I think that many years of loneliness on an old person or child along with them not being allowed to touch class mates, masks etc can be a lot if they had a parent who followed all the rules and created a constantly fearful situation around the child: I think that generation of children will grow up with some unique issues.
The people who complained to OFCOM about this are certifiably idiots. Brilliant idea, brilliant message about trust, brilliantly executed.

In my opinion it looks really close but it still looks a little CGI/video game-like. But maybe that’s because I know it’s faked. Maybe without knowing it’s deepfaked it would be trickier to tell? It’s interesting for sure. Makes you question reality

Yes it's supposed to make you question reality. Especially the REAL Intel drops that are coming from Declassification. They will scream Deep Fake, when actually, they'll be real. Practise discernment. It will be needed.

It’s not too hard for people to find out if it’s real or fake, but the point isn’t about if it’s true or not it’s about how many people believe the fake one
@@lolom8772 I disagree. It is very difficult to determine what is fake or real. The best current example is the US election results. Different reputable sources claim evidence of cheating whilst others claim no evidence of cheating. Who are we supposed to believe? What is fake and what is real, once we strip away political biases?

There are only 42 phonemes in the English language. Once you have sampled a person's voice using all 42, you can make them say anything in English.
I am in the US and while I have seen the Queen from time to time on TV, if she walked passed me on the street or ever stopped me to ask directions and held a converstation with me, I wouldn't know who she was. I had to pause the video to see if by DEEPFAKE they mean they were getting an actress. . .like maybe from THE QUEEN series,which I have never seen... to play the part of the queen. But ok, I see if was her face, but put over another body.

It's not a 'deepfake' if you have artists do a face replacement. Deepfaking refers very specifically to using machine learning generative adversarial networks to do the transformation. Aside from that, though, good message.

The mortality rate for the virus is very low and even the numbers needing hospitalisation are also very low. So why have we put hundreds of thousands (most likely millions worldwide) out of a job, destroyed small businesses, ruined children's education for the best part of a year, raised the suicide rate, put barriers in the way of those seeking medical attention (that has also certainly cost lives) All for a virus that most will shake off as easily as seasonal flu (which kills between 350,000 and 650,000 every single year)

Some countries were classing ALL nursing home deaths as COVID, others just used it as an easy way to class deaths (even in places that hadn't even seen COVID infections) and a portion of that number were seasonal flu. Do you honestly believe that even a quarter of those deaths had autopsy's? So those figures all BS. I never said that COVID wasn't more dangerous than seasonal flu, it is. But it certainly isn't the death sentence for the vast majority that the WHO and media make out. It has a mortality rate of 1 or 2% and the vast majority that get it will be fine.
