It was two 0.5s, only one of which got to be expanded upon by life experience and grow into a full person. But at the end of the day, Kiana and Herrscher of Void are both Sirin, yet also not. Sirin, who split into the Herrscher of Void and K423, is the origin and sum of both. They both stem from her and, had they been able to remerge, would've returned to her. So strictly speaking, Seele was exactly right. It was an instance of two split personalities of Sirin fighting one another, Sirin(Kiana) fighting herself.
That's my favorite part, it's basically canon lore that Veliona using the full force of her stigmata could wipe out half the planet before anybody slowed her down and she's a rude mean bitch from hell on top of it, but she has social anxiety over giving people a bad impression of Seele, the most seiso character in the game

I'm near completely sure that's not the exact translation they did there, and just changed the food so English-speaking people read the name of a food that is more familiar to them. Like the infamous "jelly donuts" lines from early episodes of the Pokemon anime that people like to meme over and make fun of
