@@psongman9536 let’s start with non recusal despite conflict of interest (daughter literally campaigns for the opposing party), or the fact he allowed Jurists to sit that had hard evidence of biased conduct. We can get into the double standards of Gagging Trump for even quoting others but let’s a convicted perjurist (not sure that’s an actual word but you get the idea) who is a witness say whatever they want and even profit off of the case. That’s not even getting into him double booking his court case with a Superior Court’s case and then barring him from attending it (that would normally get Judges sanctioned). There’s even a case to be made that he is skirting election interference laws (oh wait, he knows he has qualified immunity). Shall I go on?

The payment was then not recorded as a payment to hide a story, then the payment was list as legal fees. That is a misdemeanour, what makes it worse is one of three possible reasons for cooking the books. Any reason to cook the books other than an accident is a Felony charge.

At one of my prior employments I accidentally found out one lawyer pays off some judges, to get his clients “better outcomes”.
He loans them their ski and or beach vacation homes. There’s no record of this, because it was his personal properties. I suspect it’s probably a regular practice among many lawyers
