As of November 2023 there is not a better AIO on the market. I just upgraded to this 240mm AIO from one that was only 4 years old and I'm seeing 10-15c improvement at full load. Fantastic!

The packaging an instructions are indeed impeccable - I chose a Nucleus for my first attempt at an AIO and installing it was very easy, even for a total beginner like me. 100% recommendation!

I bought the 360 Variant. Let me tell you, its the best AIO I have ever used. Using mine on the 13900KS overclocked and still has cooling room to spare. The thing is a beast! Best product on my PC as I was stressing the most about cooling. Worth every penny and its priced better than some of the other big companies flagship AIO's. Silent in operation, glad this was my first EK product I have purchased, when I have the courage I will be water cooling everything with EK.

@@KPAki1Ler I'm also curious. The 13900k destroys every AIO under 100% load like cinebench unless you undervolt. Idle and gaming temps can be managed with most 360/420 AIO.

As I can only give one thumbs up. What a great unboxing experience I have had with my Nucleas CR240 Dark. The packaging itself is really nice and the manual is handy (though I did watch this video first) I bolted it on a 3600X which now runs in full boost with ease not passing 60 degree C. Great and easy experience for a very cool PC.

I want to suggest a minor change: Make it more clear in what order you should mount the cooling unit/pump. I went springs, pump and thumbscrews and it (ofc) didn’t make contact with the cpu. If the pictures were a bit more clear I wouldn’t have made that mistake. Otherwise I loved the packaging, the overall performance of the cooler and the rest of the instructions. Thanks EK!

I have one of these AIOs in 360mm and it is by far the best I've ever used from a performance and aesthetic perspective.
However, I wish you guys hadn't used one-way flat-head screws on the cold plate so that it was *actually* user-serviceable once the warranty runs out.
Using those types of screws is borderline hostile to those of us DIYers who want to keep our hardware running for as long as possible.

【Sunglasses Pirates】Thank you Matiz, even with your help and the manual + previous experience with installing water cooler i had instead of 10 minutes spent atleast couple hours on this project. I really can't say how i possibly could use so much time on this project, atleast i was frantic about the instuctions and multiple times put the fans on wrong side of the radiator or facing wrong way but most of all i was just slow. I wonder how slow i would have gone without your instructions, i think i would have reached bullet time and got instructions for Morpheus - Matrix reference / as a finnish i add Max Payne reference since Remedy Studios is from Finnidh & the game was first to use bullet time

I've had one of these for a bit and I've been loving it but I've noticed an occasional gurgle like sound that can come from it every couple hours or so. I'm assuming these are just air bubbles and it has a bit of a gurgle on startup too which i am also am just assuming is the water starting to flow. Is this all just some harmless air bubbles and can I do anything about it?

I did come here to figure out which side of the backplate should be facing the motherboard. There was no mention on that in manual and you didn't mention that in the video, I see the plastic side, which was my first guess. Wait am I supposed to remove the plastic part? This is confusing.

I am brand new to aios. I’ve always been an air cooled guy. But my new Ryzen 7000 series cpu runs so hot that my Noctua just can’t hold up under load during the summer. I will be honest, I went as far as having the Arctic Liquid Freeze II in my cart, close to checking out, then I saw the Jaystwocents video about your aio and it won me over. But even Jay said that the retail versions most likely wouldnt contain the immaculate packaging. Imagine my surprise when I started watching install videos between this and the Arctic aio and saw that very same immaculate packaging comes in the retail box. I quickly went back to my cart and removed the Arctic aio and immediately bought the EK Nucleus CR240 Lux D-RGB.
I will say watching the gamers nexus breakdown video of the aio has left me concerned about gunk in the line, but not so concerned that i would even consider another aio.

Hey guys. I know it's kind of out there... like a lot... but would there be a way to make msi x ek x670e monoblock collab work with a delidded die?
I'd assume not, but it's worth a shot.

    • @EKWBofficial
      @EKWBofficial  Год назад +1

Your monoblock won't have the contact with the die(s) as the monoblock was made for CPUs with IHS intact. While we do not have a direct die option for the AM5 platform yet, that will change in the future ;)

Maybe step up your quality control. It's non existent... And has been for the last few years.
I use your 6900xt GPU block, and if I didn't take it apart before installing, I would have fried everything because multiple screws were already stripped...
Maybe get this under control before trying to launch a how-to RUclips channel?
