...and ironically "man bun" sings the part of Gaston in their Villains & Heroes Medley. A must listen to as well as Disney Princess Medley. perfection. Other amazing pieces: Prince of Egypt Medley (audio only), Someday (from Hunchback of Notre Dame), You Will Be Found (from Dear Evan Hanson, and featuring a virtual choir). And all Christmas music is amazing. Jamey Ray (center) arranges all of their pieces.

In fact, Aaron (and Kurt) used to play Gaston in the "Beauty & the Beast" stage show at Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World. Kurt's husband Zach occasionally subs as Gaston in that same show.
Enjoyed the reaction. You should listen to Voctave’s Disney Princess Medley, Heroes and Villains, and their arrangement of Mary Did You Know with the composer Mark Lowry is a super special performance. Lots of other amazing songs in their repertoire as well. Looking forward to more reactions. Enjoy!

@DropTheMike- Now, maybe another suggestion, when you get the urge to say something, STOP yourself. I'm an uneducated clod when it comes to musical knowledge and even I saw the big finish happening. It was like when one of those civil defense tests comes on at the big reveal in a movie. Instead we get, "REANT", "REANT", "REANT"!!!! Then the talking starts and NOBODY IS LISTENING!!! They've changed the channel, or thrown a boot through the screen.
So just a reminder that what you have to say maybe insightful, but it will fall on deaf ears if the timing is poorly selected.
P.S. If I sound too mean-spirited forgive me. I am dealing with a 5 alarm migraine and have probably lost all facility for tact.
Is this the first time you have heard Voctave? If so, welcome to the most awesome rabbit hole... you will not be disappointed!
Your next video needs to be the Disney Heroes and Villians Medley for the simple purpose of the fact that you guessed Aaron's character (man bun). Then it needs to be followed with Disney Princess Medley. Some of my favorites are The Prince of Egypt Medley, You Will Be Found, and my sons favorite the Disney 90s TV medley.
All 11 members (5 ladies and 6 men) are all current or former members of the Voice of Liberty at Walt Disney World Epcot in Florida. Jamey Ray is one of the tenors and he created the group and is the arranger of their songs and medleys. He writes the parts to the singer not to the part (alto, soprano etc) because he knows their strong points and ranges.
I got to see them in person in concert in October 2021 and they were wonderful.
I will be here for more Voctave.

Great reaction! You can't help but smile with angelic music like this from #Voctave! They simply are vocal perfection. Pick anything and you will be amazed, but a few of my (non-Christmas) favourites are:

Their arrangements (by Jamey Ray, tenor), dynamics and layering are masterful! Wish more people would react to them as they are so talented.

Nice reaction. If you want to hear them sound like an orchestra, listen to their Great Movie Medley, an Ode to John Williams. Only one song has lyrics. They are the orchestra on the rest of the songs.

Great reaction, especially for a relative newcomer! 😊 You clearly have a great ear! You can't go wrong with anything from Voctave. They are, in my opinion, the tightest, most amazing a cappella chorus out there. With 11 members (usually) they have a fuller sound than the "other three" major a cappella groups... Pentatonix, VoicePlay, and Home Free. All four are top tier, amazing, incredible, etc. etc.... but Voctave has twice the voices (+1). They are best known for their Christmas music and their Disney covers. They also do a LOT of other stuff. I personally LOVE their Andrews Sisters' Medley, The Impossible Dream, and Over the Rainbow. I subscribed and liked. I'm in on the "ground floor, with subscriber #11 and like #50. Best of luck! On Feb 1, 2024, you have 11 subscribers! 100K is right around the corner!!
