Following his Anjunadeep debut late last year with ‘Undercurrents’, London-based Frost now announces an official release for his massive single ‘Overtones’.
A fan favourite from Anjunadeep 11, 'Overtones' became renowned for its killer breaks and addictive synth riff. Heavily influenced by the sound of classic UK house music, the track also features an inspirational anonymous sample.
Originally from Sydney, Frost has released on Mau5trap, alongside official remixes for the likes of ZHU and Sofi Tukker. His crisp production illustrates why he has garnered support from industry heavyweights such as Pete Tong.

Discovered this song recently while on the way home from designated driving my friends at ~2am. For some 30 or so mins this song was just looping. Empty roads, light rain, and an impeccable vibe. Felt amazing, honestly.

Just saw this comment and already I did a double-take(double-think?) for a split second before realising the context of 'when everything is better'. Mind is bit blown and suddenly I remember listening to this on the way to work during the last leg of the last lockdown when the town was coming back to life. So many days prior spent walking through a ghost town to and from work. It feels almost symbolic of my personal struggles and with loneliness during those dark days. It has such an inspiring and uplifting, hopeful vibe mixed with the sharp edge of painful experience. I played it constantly and since then I come back to it and still I feel its beauty surging through me.
This was one of the first songs I heard in Printworks in 21 - those huge lights - it was 👌🏽 - got Covid but worth everyday of isolation

This is the best track I have heard on ABGT in a long time! I didn't know who frost was but I could tell immediately that the producer was in their 30's. Nobody can generate this feel unless they were there.

Came across this on some chilled tracks Spotify playlist and it blew my mind. Then I watched this video and it blew my mind even more. It brings such warm feelings about London. Such a tough place for people to get through but such a blissful feeling walking down the gloomy streets. Had the hardest times and happiest times here and it will forever be close to my heart.
