    I am actually very very curious, let say the plant is alive in pot, if we feed our plant food colouring, will a live plants in pot also change color like this, in order for us to change our plants color?

      Yeah, it will. This is a real plant and it changed color. So, why wont a plant in a pot change color?

    Excuse me, do you have any way can speed up the colour changing?

      You could heat the water, but be sure not enough to damage the vessels. Or either increase the colour intensity (which is not reasonably viable)
      The best other way is to add salt to the solution so the rate of osmosis increases.
