I seriously love this video. I love the light amount of "living" noises with the room tone. If anyone knows of more videos like this, please let me know. It helps a lot with my hypervigilance.

The "Ambience of Yesteryear" channel has several that might have the right combination of noises.
Teravibe's channel also has a few videos with room tone plus living noises; I'm thinking specifically of the "A Victorian Maid Room" video, although that one also has music in the first half.
Moonlight Cottage's channel has a few "no-talking" videos where she's working in the kitchen or preparing ointments and things; those might also work.

if you want some inspiration for your next videos, here are my two absolute favorite types of sorta-fantasy ambiance: an empty yet warm castle during an intense snowstorm; and night sounds of crickets, frogs, owls and other birds but heard from the inside of a lone cabin in the woods.

You completed your move to your private study chambers in the summer. Now autumn, the maples lining the streets of Northpoint's Academic Quarter have burst into color. There's a young one outside your window that is buffeted by the season of wind and rain that has approached. But inside your chambers, it is warm and quiet. You have several lanterns providing a warm and bright atmosphere and all your plants have survived the move to their new home. The newly constructed building successfully wards off a chill and you have finally perfected the arrangement of your books and equipment. Everything is just right.
You take a deep breath, leaning back in your chair to stretch your stiff back, glancing out the window at that poor maple. A feeling of contentment fills you. One last stretch, and you return to your studies. The work can be tedious at times, but you're confident in where it will lead you.

I like this one a lot. Is that some rain that the audio captures starting at about 43:00? I guess this was an unplanned addition to the audio track, as it doesn't seem to be reflected in the video. Either way, it's a lovely soundscape. Hope to see more Guild of Ambience stuff soon!
