You are right. You need process your emotions and face your problems. I remember when I was a teenager and I found out my best friend died she was only 16 and I was 15. I took me 3-5 years to accept she was gone. It was dark and tough moment in my life but now I am at peace. Even through it took a lot of time.
Video came up literally at the right time. Just said Yes to something, and after hanging up the phone, I instantly regret it. I always do this, it's like an automatic yes button flipped on. I don't even think about me in the moment.

@@mayadee729 my advice honestly would be to take care of your mental health now. Make that a priority. Exercise, therapy, prayer whatever helps you. Spend time with yourself and learn about you. Learn to love yourself so you can love others. Life is a whirlwind. We gotta Make the best of it because we’re only here for a short time. You got this !
I think I gotten better with doing stuff for my own personal growth and not think well I take more time for myself that I don't have time to hang out with friends but that's not true that's my brain trying to stop me from grinding.
