I revisit this video pretty regularly since I found it a few years ago. Ida is definitely one of my favorite bands of all time, yet when I became aware of them was when they released their last album and they never made it out to the West Coast after that. This performance is very special to me. A very special band kind of forgotten to the times, unfortunately. I will always champion them though.
I need more Ida music. I am also dying to see in-studio performances of anything they've done... or might do in the future. I know I'm not the only rabid Ida fan.... they're just toooooooooooooooooooooooo good.
Def still around. They played with Babe the Blue Ox a few months ago. I want them to play Philly!!! I've messaged them on Facebook... never a reply. I hope they have some idea how much their fans truly love them.

I was lucky enough to have assisted on there recording seasons at Orange sound in NJ in the late 90s. ,,Really a great band.

I was at this show too! Only got to see them one other time many years later at The Echo. Wish they would tour or at least make another record...
