I have a C1860FW color laser printer, getting paper jam tray 1 error, I have tried all the fixes but nothing works, any further ideas?

my problem is much more serious. There were a few papers not just one stuck on the exit penal and this is no way i can pull them out. how to open the printer without damaging the machine to take them out? Many thanks.
