@@hsd287 it really was the early direction for her character. I think Mayim was asked that the audition called for Female Sheldon Cooper so she just tried her best to impersonate Sheldon.
A Master's Degree can get someone very far in life. That was pretty mean for Amy to say and Engineering is just as important as Physics and Nuerobiology.
Didn’t like the Amy characterizations in the first couple seasons, a little too Lost in Space robotic, thankfully she corrected well later, her portrayal of her lust for Penny was masterful.
As soon as I heard sheldon, he's the social glue that holds everyone together. I would have gotten up and said, "I'm eating somewhere else, so see you later, social glue
Sheldon is really full of himself but the "glue that makes this group function" thing is true. I always thought I was the least important friend in a group that I had but one day one of them was drunk and told me "You're the guy that keeps us together" I laughed and didn't think much about it. Unfortunately I left to another city and now they aren't friends anymore and we stopped talking. Sometimes the weird guy is the one keeping everything together. That was the last group of friends I ever had, I've been a loner ever since.
Technically, the Empire is closer to fascism than terrorism. The Rebels were more of a terrorist group. Though really, the difference is mainly whether you're an authority figure when you use violence to directly attack your political opponents.
@@psychronia The rebels were not terrorist group, they have nothing in common with islamic terrorists. They have more in common with resistance fighters who fought against Nazis.
@@siddharthtripathi5806 I didn't bring up islamic terrorists at all. The term refers to a broad categorization of a criminal activity and not just that specific group. In this case, both the rebels AND resistance fighters could be defined as terrorists because their activities are "acts of radical and dangerous subversion of the state for a political cause".
They were weird but funny. Good thing they changed Amy and Bern. At first they were so weird abd annoying but they changed eventually. Amy, was so weird and nasty at first! Everything changed and gotten better fir her.
The way Raj just shakes his head no when asked if he had any questions. 😆
I’m glad they changed Amy’s character arc because two Sheldons would have drove me nuts 😂
I'm not... I think two Sheldon's world have been hilarious...
Definitely, since Sheldon alone was too much to take..
Its driven
Amy was so rude in the erlaier sesons
She changed the most from all the characters in the show
@@mindysilver5465 i know i like that she changed
She didn't mean it though she was just confused 😅

Curt may be more accurate.
Later she’s more dependent and socially desperate.
Amy shifting away from being a female Sheldon was the second best character arc of the show. First was evolving Howard away from a pervy momma's boy.
Ye i wouldve walked away too Penny😂
Why have I just seen this now??!! My name is spelt the Irish way, but its pronounced as shamy as they said! Love it!!
I love Amy and Sheldons relationship so cute and childish 🥰❤️
I miss when Amy's character was funny and Sheldon-like in the earlier seasons lol
It's because of Penny
I miss viewing clips on yt when ppl wasnt taking comedy into context and used to just laugh...
Fr, because these comments are embarrassing 😂😂

I think the dude replying to your comment is just trying to explain to you the reasons the writers put it in the show.
I never understood why Sheldon has so much disdain for MIT. Most people would kill for a degree from there

i dont think Sheldon ever thanked Raj and Howard for him meeting Amy

Leonard is so irritated with Amy, just casually glosses over the fact that his roommate just told him he identified with terrorists
technically, if anything the Rebels are the terrorrists.
not bad guys, mind you.

Amy is only slightly less annoying than Bernadette who is pointless. More
In the real world they would have quickly gotten their wish to eat alone.

I HATE HOW THEY CHANGED AMY ! Ruined the whole vibe of Sheldon and Amy being the same
Amy is the best fictional woman character ever created! I can't imagine how the show could've continued without her!

Eww. She was intolerable
Ok what Sheldon said makes no sense the rebels didn’t build the Death Star the empire did
The "their tendencies" refer to Imperial tendencies. Leonard compared his group with the Rebel Alliance but Sheldon saw himself into the Empire.
