WAIT THEY TURNED NIKKI INTO AND OPEN WORLD GAME?! Holy shit I remember playing Dress Up Nikki on my old Kindle when I was a kid I need to get this game for sure.
Nikki staring from a simple dress up paper doll game to fantasy open world adventure is something of an amazing journey itself. Nikki evovled and defined this era's modern Shoujo Heroine icon.
i like to think that the success of love and deepspace increased their budget so much for this game, love that game and will definitely play this game in the next days
When I saw "Nikki" in the title, I thought of the game Love Nikki. It was my favorite game as a kid, but sadly i couldn't finish the game like I wanted to. However, this game is beyond GORGEOUS!!!😍😍😍

I played the Nikki game on mobile in high school, god the art was so pretty, I ran the much successful Krusty Krab guild, and spent an unspecified amount of money buying animated outfit sets 😅
I literally grew up with the Nikki games and it warms my heart to see just how advanced it's gotten!! My personal favorite was love Nikki and it will always have a special place in my heart! I'm so glad you're covering on e of them.

I hope that we’re able to get more types of combat outfits and mounts. Like, imagine leaping off your noble qilin steed and diving at your enemies in a knight’s outfit, complete with sword in hand.
I'm looking forward to this game. I lost my progress in Love Nikki years ago when switching phones/emails and haven't played it since but I like it a lot. This game looks like the gameplay/UI is slightly inspired by Genshin. I just wish it was slightly less realistic in its rendering. It doesn't quite have the budget to pull it off flawlessly and I feel like the designs of everything, humans and pets would pop better with more toony textures/shaders.
As a dress up game lover, dress up games have been a huge part of my life from bonnie, sue, rinmaru games then Nikki series, cocopplay and line play Just seeing Nikki on bigger system makes me happy 🥹🥹
