Which dish do you think this risotto would pair perfectly with, your Red Wine Braised Beef or the Ossobuco?

@@juancarrera8397 hmmm I think something not as heavy/saucy would go best. And pork goes well with squash and sage. The fried pork chops would go pretty well. Risotto is always served as a first course.
