Why does marwa keep saying in Africa? I’m from Kenya and I observe the same dining rules that Rocio has mentioned. This is not an argentinean thing. It’s what all civilized people do.
Kenya is a very class divided society. You have a section of urban civilized Kenyans that are very British oriented, but you have a large majority that are not as civilized. So, on this one, I totally disagree with OT. If you come from a background where you didn’t learn civilized dining, don’t assume it applies to all Kenyans.

@@cyelgreen4655 nope. Kenya is a poor country and backward in many respects. I consider a large majority of the population to be uncivilized. The British brought some modernity to Kenya but it’s largely died off at this point.
The older generation of Kenyans had those British mannerisms but it’s gone now.

On Trending, I am from Trinidad and in our home, we conduct ourselves exactly as Rocio said, so it is not unique to Agentina or her home. I live in Canada and the same etiquette is practised when we get together as a family or with friends. My problem with them at the villa is how can they have guests and eat in their bedroom and not with their guests. I would feel insulted if my friends or family did what they did to JA and other friends. Marwa says he has travelled around the world, but it seems as though he has not learned a lot of things.
