NACHO PARTY + MOJITO

Nacho Party + Mojito
Recipe:
Pack of Nachos / Taco shells
Beef:
Oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ kilo ground lean beef
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Salsa:
(prepare two batches if preparing guacamole*)
1 white onion, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Chopped cilantro
Lime juice
Salt and pepper, to season
*Mash in 2-3 cups avocadoes to make guacamole
Sour cream:
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
2 cups heavy cream
Salt, to taste
Fried beans:
1 tablespoon oil
2 cans white or red beans, discard water
Pinch of cumin powder
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Water, as needed
Cheese sauce:
2 cup easy melting cheese
¾ cup fresh milk
